It's quite easy to tell if a product is in stock on our webstore at www.cablejive.com. To start, simply find the product you wish to purchase. If you see the button that reads "ADD TO CART" then the product should be in stock and available for purchase. If you do not see that button, and instead see a message that reads "This item is out of stock." or something similar, than the product is not currently in stock. NOTE FOR CUSTOMERS USING USPS 1ST CLASS INTERNATIONAL: This ship method DOES NOT include package tracking or insurance. The number you see listed as the tracking number in your confirmation email is simply the customs number for the package. In most cases, international shipments using this service can take anywhere from 7-14 business days to reach their destination. If you placed an order using your CableJive.com account, a confirmation email has been sent to the email address you use to login. Additionally, you can simply login to your account and click "View Order Status" to verify if your order has been placed. If you placed your order as a "Guest," then your confirmation email was sent to the email address you provided us at the time of your order. Please check there first for your confirmation email, including any spam folders you have, before contacting us.

Please keep in mind that available shipping services may vary depending on location and carrier. We can only ship to locations where FedEx, UPS, or USPS/EMS are able to deliver. How long does it take for orders to arrive?
Below are projected delivery times, including processing and handling at our facilities, from the time your order is placed. All projections are for orders that are placed before 12 PM (Noon) EST on any given business day. Orders placed after 12 PM (Noon) EST will ship out on the next business day. These projections are not guarantees, but suggestions (to the best of our ability) based on carrier recommendations and expected shipping & handling times.
