Sales Policies

CableJive prides itself on honest and fair sales practices. All prices are listed in US Dollars. Merchandise, product specifications, product variations, availability, imagery and listed prices are subject to change without notice. Prices in effect at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.

We work very hard to ensure that our inventory is accurate and that all items we offer are available for immediate shipment. In the event that an order cannot be filled within 3 business days of purchase, customers will be notified at the email address provided at the time of purchase.

If an item is currently not in stock, or available as a pre-order, the dates listed are as accurate as possible. We do the very best we can at predicting their availability and expected shipping date, however, please understand that delays can occur and that these dates are estimated.

Customers are welcome to request changes or modifications to their orders prior to shipping, however considering we try to ship orders out as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all requests. Please note if you send an email request for a change to your order, that does not mean that it is final. We will respond as quickly as possible to either confirm these changes, or explain why they cannot be made. In all cases, we are certainly willing to work with you to find a solution, however CableJive is not responsible for shipping costs if your requested changes are not able to be applied before your order is shipped.

Shipping

CableJive welcomes orders from customers all over the world and our safe and secure cart system is equipped to handle it. When checking out, customers are provided with several possible shipping methods available to them. Available shipping services may vary depending on location and carrier. Quoted shipping costs include postage and handling fees.

First Class, Priority (USPS), & Ground (FedEx & UPS) orders normally ship within 1-2 business days of your order, with many shipping out within 24 hours if placed during the work week. Express orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST in order to guarantee same-day shipping. We make every effort to ship all Express orders placed before 4:00 PM EST out same-day, but we cannot guarantee it. All Express orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will ship out on the next business day.

NOTE, TO OUR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE US: Many times, the cheapest shipping option available to you is USPS 1st Class International Shipping. While it certainly saves you money, it is important to remember that this shipping method DOES NOT include package tracking, or insurance. In most cases, International shipments using this service can take anywhere from 7-14 business days to reach their destination. However, delays are not unusual, and there have been more than a few cases where orders can take 3-4 weeks to arrive. Customers shipping orders to Brazil, Mexico and Russia are strongly encouraged to use a FedEx shipping option. Postal shipments bound for these countries are uninsurable and therefore no guarantees can be made regarding successful deliveries. CableJive is not responsible for Custom's delays. Purchaser is responsible for any duties or taxes which may be imposed by the country of residence.

Quoted ship times are supplied by the selected shipping carrier. CableJive is not responsible for shipper's performance. We cannot refund shipping fees if deliveries are late, however you may receive a refund or adjustment from the carrier if you inquire. Emailed shipping notifications cannot be recreated if undeliverable. However, customers with a CableJive account can view their order history, tracking info and other related data at any time. Purchaser is responsible for all costs related to incorrectly addressed order submissions.

If you do not receive your order, or if the tracking info indicates that the package was delivered, but you never received it, please perform the following steps:

1.) For home deliveries, make sure that a friend or neighbor hasn't accepted or retrieved the package on your behalf.

2.) If you've shipped to a facility with a mail room, or if deliveries are not normally made directly to you, check with your mail room or receptionist.

If after completing the above you still cannot locate your package, go to www.cablejive.com/service, select "I have a question about an order I placed," then select "Where is my order?"

Order Tracking

There are 2 ways to find the tracking information for your order:

  1. Login to your CableJive account and click "View Order Status." From there simply locate your order, and if it's marked as "Shipped," then you'll see your ship method and tracking number right on that page.
  2. Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email is sent to either your CableJive account email address (if you placed the order under your account), or the email address you provided during checkout (if you placed the order as a guest). Within that confirmation email you'll find your tracking number. If you do not see this confirmation email, please check for it in your email's spam folders before contacting us.

Once you have your tracking number, you can locate your shipment at either the UPS, FedEx, or USPS website, depending on the shipping service you selected.

Delivery

Below are projected delivery times, including processing and handling at our facilities, from the time your order is placed. All projections are for orders that are placed before 12 PM (Noon) EST on any given business day. Orders placed after 12 PM (Noon) EST will ship out on the next business day. These projections are not guarantees, but suggestions (to the best of our ability) based on carrier recommendations and expected shipping & handling times. Any shipping dates or times provided are approximate. Conditions may arise which prevent compliance of delivery schedules. CableJive shall not be liable for any damage or penalty for delay in delivery or the failure to give notice of the delay. CableJive shall not be liable for delay by reason of inability, due to causes beyond its reasonable control, to obtain the necessary labor, materials, or manufacturing facilities, or for delay due to the elements, acts of nature, acts of the purchaser, acts of non-performance of suppliers, acts of civil or military authorities, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, war, riot, strikes, accidents due to machinery, delays in transportation, or any other causes beyond the control of CableJive whether or not similar to the foregoing. In such event, delivery dates shall be deemed extended for a period equal to such delay.

Purchaser is responsible for all costs related to incorrectly addressed order submissions. If a shipment is returned to us "undeliverable as addressed," client is responsible for any return to sender fees.

Refunds and Replacements

Defective Items / Replacements: We pride ourselves on doing business honestly. If you purchase a new CableJive product and it turns out to be faulty, we will repair or exchange it anytime up till one year from date of retail purchase by the original purchaser - proof of purchase is required. Replacements will be shipped via USPS First Class mail at no additional cost to the customer. Customer may arrange to upgrade to a faster or alternative ship method if preferred. If you believe you may have received a defective item, please go to www.cablejive.com/service, select "I have a question about an order I placed," then choose "A product from my order is not working."

If your purchased-as-new CableJive product doesn't work out for your needs as you anticipated, or is incompatible with your system, we're happy to take it back and give you a refund. We can honor most refund requests if we are notified and receive the item(s) back to us within 60 days from the original date of purchase. Item(s) must be returned in like-new condition with all components intact and undamaged. Pack returns well to avoid damage in transit. Items damaged in transit are not eligible for full credit. To get authorization to return a cable, contact us at www.cablejive.com/service, select "I have a question about an order I placed," then choose "I would like to return a product from my order."

Customers who live in the US and require a replacement for their purchased-as-new CableJive product due to a defective item may be eligible to receive a pre-paid return label (USPS First Class shipping), to return the defective item or, in the event the replacement does not work, to return both units for a refund at no additional cost. Customers who live in the US and require return-for-refund authorization due to a compatibility issue with a purchased-as-new CableJive product may also be eligible to receive a pre-paid return label (USPS First Class shipping) to return the incompatible item for a refund at no additional cost, provided the compatibility issue is unreported on the product's listing page. We are unable to offer pre-paid return labels to International customers at this time.

Once an order has been shipped out, a customer's original shipping charges are non-refundable. Product refunds will be issued via credit to the payment vehicle used for the order. Credits are normally processed within 2-3 business days of receipt of returned goods.

When sending an item or items back to us, please include a brief note detailing the reason for return, as well as any emails exchanged with customer service regarding the return. CableJive is not responsible for packages that are lost when being sent back to us for any reason. Please insure or purchase tracking for your return to avoid any issues.

Incorrectly delivered items, or items that are missing from orders, will be replaced by CableJive if reported within 15 days of receipt. Items must be returned in like-new condition, with all product packaging and pack-ins intact. Returns missing packaging or pack-ins may be subject to an item-specific reconditioning fee.

Exchanges for color changes are allowed for most items if reported within 15 days of receipt, and received within 30 days. And only if item and package are in like-new condition. Reshipping fees will apply.

Client damaged or altered returns are not refundable or exchangeable. Items received by CableJive damaged or altered will result in the client being notified, and give the option to purchase shipping to have to item(s) returned to them. Item(s) must be returned in like new condition with all components and packaging intact and undamaged. Pack returns well to avoid damage in transit. Items damaged in transit are not eligible for full credit. Returns missing packaging may be subject to an item-specific repackaging fee.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order which has been placed, go to www.cablejive.com/service, select "I have a question about an order I placed," then choose "I need to cancel the order I placed if possible." We do our best to honor all cancelation requests. If the order has already shipped, simply return the merchandise to CableJive Headquarters, ATTN: Returns Dept., once received. CableJive is not responsible for packages lost when being sent back to us for refund or replacement. Please insure or purchase tracking for your return to avoid any issues. Shipping fees are not refundable if the order was not able to be canceled before it was shipped.

Returning Product to CableJive

Only products purchased directly from CableJive can be returned to CableJive for refund or credit. Products purchased from authorized 3rd party sources may be able to be returned for repair or exchange. Products purchased from unauthorized 3rd party sources will not be eligible for return. If you did not purchase your product from us directly, and are unsure if it was purchased from an authorized source, contact us at www.cablejive.com/service and we can tell you.

Return product and all components, postage paid and in original packaging, to CableJive Headquarters, ATTN: Returns Dept. If you have a copy of your packing slip and/or any email correspondence with us, please include those with the product as well. Please also include a brief note detailing the reason for return, and whether a refund or exchange is desired. Include the "ship to" name and/or order ID from the original invoice for proper credit - items returned without adequate ID are impossible to process and will be held for 30 days. Items remaining unclaimed after 30 days will no longer be valid for refund or exchange and become the property of CableJive. Please insure, or require delivery confirmation on your return to avoid any issues. Product refunds will be issued via credit to the payment vehicle used. All credits will be transacted within 2-3 business days of receipt of returned goods. Return shipping charges are not refundable. Item(s) must be returned in like new condition with all components intact and undamaged. Pack returns well to avoid damage in transit. Insurance is strongly recommended - items damaged in transit are not eligible for credit.

Warranty

CableJive warrants all purchased-as-new products against defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use, for a period of one year from the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser - proof of purchase is required. All pre-opened products are warranted against defects for 30-days. Some products offered by CableJive may come with a longer warranty, see the specific product page for warranty details. CableJive will repair or replace, at our discretion, those items judged by us to be defective. Replaced items are warranted for the balance of the original one year warranty. Other rights may be accorded to you, which vary by country, state or province.

CableJive does not warrant that any product will meet a client's requirements, or that the operation or use of any product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Client damages will be limited to return of the purchase price even if CableJive has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim against client by another party.

Products listed with CableJive's Lifetime Warranty shall be covered for repair or replacement service for that product's lifecycle whether purchased from CableJive or an authorized CableJive business partner. Should this product, in CableJive's opinion, fail to be in good working order during the warranty period, CableJive will, at its option, repair or replace this product at no charge, provided that the product has not been subjected to abuse, misuse, accident, disaster or non-CableJive authorized modification or repair.

The CableJive Lifetime Warranty is defined as the serviceable life of the product. This is defined as the period during which all components are available. Should the product prove to be irreparable, CableJive reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product if available or to retract Lifetime warranty if no replacement is available.

Please include a detailed description of the issues you have having with said product. CableJive is not responsible for shipping costs related to the return of non-defective items, whether for warranty service or otherwise.

NOTE FOR COMPUTER, IPOD, IPAD, IPHONE, OR OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICE ACCESSORIES: While CableJive makes every effort to ensure that all computer and other electronic device accessories will not cause any harm, scratching, undesired operation, susceptibility to electrical or RF interference, etc. It is impossible for us to conceive of, or to test for, every possible scenario or situation which our clients might encounter. Therefore, we make no warrantees whatsoever, and shall not be liable for: any problems of an electrical nature, including short-circuits, opens or RF emissions or interference.

NOTE FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE NORTH AMERICA: Any descriptions, images, or advertising of our products with regards to the functionality they provide, or systems they are compatible with is done so in relation to the North American market of products. CableJive does not guarantee our products will work with any other products or accessories not made for the North American market. While it is important to note that in many cases our products do work fine with International accessories, CableJive is not responsible for any instances of our products being incompatible with international audio systems or accessories. International customers who encounter any compatibility issues are welcome to take advantage of our 60-day return for refund policy, however those customers will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
